Reuben Chua

A creative, nurturing, free-spirit man with a passion to succeed in each and every endeavour he pursues, Reuben was born and raised in the competitive environment of Singapore. Working with a creative team to create events while working in a 5-star hotel was where it all started for Reuben. He later joined Singapore Airlines and gained extensive background in the service and F&B industry. Working in such a fast-pace and high-stress environment helped Reuben master the skills of multitasking and  time management, coupled with the efficiency of customer service as a top priority.

With the eye of an artist and the skill of an architect, Reuben will create the most exquisite personal experience for you and your guests. He loves to apply five-senses approach from the start to ensure that everything you touch, taste, smell, see and hear contributes to an experience that is tastefully executed with just the right amount of sophistication. For Reuben, everything matters.

Irene Koo

It’s all about the love to this small-town girl. A hopeless romantic and big believer in happily-ever-after, Irene takes great joy in learning peoples’ love stories and seeing them through to their big day.

Born and raised in Sitiawan, Irene is an accomplished event stylist/producer who has built a name for herself. Irene has over 15 years experience in the Airline industry as a senior cabin crew in the Singapore Airlines. This shed light on a new creative path and forged her way into the creative event planning field where she finds the opportunity for ideas to be endless.

Constantly striving to top her last event is her motivation; she truly loves what she does and wouldn't change it for the world. What started out as a dream has now become a reality. Irene will spearhead the creation and design of your celebration from conception to completion. Irene’s amazing sense of style and design has created some of the most elegant, beautiful environments ever.

Kai Liang Yu

After performing lacklustre in his high school in Singapore, and later graduated from The University of Melbourne, Kai Liang backed out of his initial choice to become a Civil Engineer, and has finally settled into a career that is driven by his desire to help others and fuelled by his passion for creativity.

Kai Liang first began working in event industry in Melbourne, Australia, in 2012 as a photographer. After a move to Sitiawan, a humble town of Perak, he had the opportunity to continue working in the service industry as a Hotelier, giving him the best Marketing, and Event Planning education you can receive for events, hands on. Kai Liang’s organizational skills, effective time management and ability to multitask create a strong backbone for superb event coordination
